Too Hot to Handle season 6 premiered on Friday, July 19, 2024. It diverted from its usual show format by arranging a casting call to handpick its cast members. Bad Lana was introduced in episode 1 as Lana's "sidekick", who "looked like trouble." The AI bot introduced herself as:
"I'm Bad Lana, and with me, there are no rules."
The cast members were surprised to see the "exotic-looking" Bad Lana. They listened in disbelief when she announced that while she was "in charge," all forms of physical activities were permissible. They were overjoyed to learn that they would not "incur any fines" despite breaking the rules.
Too Hot to Handle host Lana explained she created Bad Lana to see the cast members "at their worst" before turning them into their "best versions."
The cast members took advantage of the freedom Bad Lana granted them and kissed multiple people as they explored their options in episode 1. They also gave in to their temptations during a "freaky party."
In episode 2, Bad Lana allowed the contestants in banishment, Charlie and Bri, to spy on the other castmates by paying $5000.
