The Circle season 7 came out with its third instalment of episodes, i.e. episodes 9 to 12 on September 25. The episodes saw the game intensifying as the alliances got stronger and the contestant pool smaller. The competition got even more real and cutthroat as the players scrambled to save themselves from the ever-looming threat of elimination.
Garret was eliminated in episode 10 by third-time influencers Kevin and The Scarlotta Twins disguised as Gianna; because he was rated the lowest in the previous rating and wasn't as closely affiliated to either of the two.
The day before he was evicted he had a chat with Rachel who had shown her support and had promised to vote him higher. So after he was blocked, he chose to see Rachel to find if she truly stood for him. When he saw Debbie sitting there instead, he was surprised. He said he was pissed with her but eventually got emotional and said he was grateful to meet her. Fans of The Circle came to X to react to their meeting.

Some The Circle fans reacted to his emotions, while others pointed out that he seemed pissed to see Debbie. Some even asked him to be stricter with her.

"When Rachel and Garret met, that was probably the most genuine, and it made us all cry," wrote another user.

When Garret walked into Rachel's room after getting eliminated, he was surprised at first but quickly asked Debbie to introduce herself. He then asked her how she voted for him, and when she said she put him on fourth, Garret was pissed. And even when Debbie explained herself, saying she had to save Kevin because she thought everyone else was going to vote him last, Garret wasn't pleased.
However, while talking about his takeaways from the game, he broke down and said he was grateful to have met her because he had an isolating year. He wanted to know more about her life outside of The Circle. Debbie showed pictures of her family and introduced them. They both cried talking about Jonathan, a family member of Debbie's who passed away at the age of 22.
They parted ways on an emotional note, with promises of seeing each other soon. Debbie called him "family" and asked him to come and stay with her family in Pittsburg if he ever went there.
The final episode of The Circle season 7 will be released on October 2 on Netflix.
