Bachelorette alum Jason Tartick and social media star Kat Stickler are parting ways. Both personalities announced that it was over between them in their respective Instagram Stories. Jason Tartick and Kat Stickler have been dating for six months before calling it quits.

Tartick shared the news of their split in a statement on October 12, which reads:

"I am sad to share that Kat and I are no longer together. It's fair to say that I love hard with all my heart and fall fast. Sometimes in life, that works out and other times it doesn't. This time, it didn't."

The reality TV star also recalled his time spent with Stickler, saying that she brought him "so much happiness and light," and helped bring out parts of himself that he never knew existed. He also alluded that the breakup was amicable.

As for Stickler, she shared an Instagram Story video on Saturday confirming the news of her split with Tartick and said that it was "amicable." She shared the reason for the split by simply saying:

"It just didn't work out. I don't want to talk about it. [I] just wanted to tell you."

Kat Stickler claimed that her relationship with Stickler, while it ended, was "not love wasted," but didn't clarify any further.

Kat Stickler and Jason Tartick made their relationship public in June with a PDA-filled picture shared on Instagram after months of dating rumors. They made a joint post where Tartick could be seen hugging Stickler from the back while they both smiled at the camera. In another photo, the Bachelorette alum could be seen kissing his then-girlfriend on the cheek.

Since then, the ex-couple has regularly shared snippets of their relationship on social media. Stickler met Tartick's family in June, and the latter was quick to share a snippet from the event on his Instagram. In the caption, he shared that the day had "a lot of action" as they celebrated numerous things in the family, including his mother's birthday.

The former couple also went to the Stanley Cup Game 7, and both shared moments during and after the game, including Kat getting drenched in beer from the trophy during a celebration. The TikTok star also featured her then-boyfriend in many of her skits and TikTok videos, and they also vacationed in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho to make some "memories."

Stickler also shared she and Tartick getting Lasik surgery together on July 22, including some funny interactions before the procedure, with the latter's reaction to Valium.

Jason Tartick also shared the first picture he took with Kat Stickler in a throwback post in August. The two could be seen in a nightclub side-by-side with each other as they looked and smiled at the camera. In the caption, the reality TV star mentioned that 20 minutes after they took the photo, they had their first kiss.

Jason Tartick was previously engaged to Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe, but they parted ways in August last year after four years together. As for Stickler, she was previously married to Mike Stickler but called it quits in 2021. They share a daughter, Mary Katherine.
