Star of Street Outlaws, Lizzy Musi, 33, passed away after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer. Pat Musi, her father, a street racing legend stated on Facebook on June 27 that she passed away surrounded by her family. He wrote-

"Surrounded by her family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm tonight.”

He further wrote-

"At this time, the family would like to have time to process, grieve and make arrangements in peace. We will give an update as soon as we have information to share."

Pat Musi had two daughters, Tricia and Lizzy, both of whom pursued racing. Lizzy also appeared on reality TV shows and gained fame by becoming the first woman to surpass 200 mph in a one-eighth-mile run. She started racing as a teenager and won numerous awards.

Tricia and Lizzy, Pat Musi's daughters, have grown into well-known individuals within the sector their father helped to establish.

Lizzy became well-known from the 2018 Discovery Channel spinoff of Street Outlaws, called Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings. Her father's website reported that she is an eight-time PDRA Pro Street World Champion, and they both starred on the show together.

Lizzy has made history by competing in the PDRA Pro Nitrous class and even traveling abroad. She is the first female winner in Pro Nitrous and the first woman to drive a door car to 200 mph in the 1/8-mile.

She held the Pro Nitrous speed record at 209.23 mph and the position of President of Musi Enterprises. She established herself as a well-known representative of the Musi family company in prestigious organizations such as the PDRA.

Unfortunately, Lizzy disclosed that she has cancer on Instagram in April 2023. She uploaded and photo and wrote-

“Hey Everyone, I haven’t been able to have much time to post due to an unexpected life change. A few days ago I have been Diagnosed with Triple Negative Stage 4 Breast Cancer that has moved to my lymph nodes to my liver."

Pat Musi's other daughter, Tricia, is a devoted drag racer and engine builder. While not as famous as Lizzy, Tricia competes in the NMCA Nitrous Pro Street class with the Bankston Boyz Racing Team. She races in a green Pontiac Firebird, one of the original cars that helped establish her father's fame. Despite her family's influence, Tricia has been making her own decisions in the sport.

Currently, Tricia has competed in the NMCA Nitrous Pro Street class with the Bankston Boyz Racing Team in a fourth-generation green Pontiac Firebird, one of the original cars that helped establish Pat's fame.

Tricia also participated in half of the 2015 PDRA Top Sportsman season before a sponsor withdrew, ending her racing career. After that, in 2018, she participated in NMCA racing in a very unusual vehicle called Popeye, which stood untouched for nearly 20 years in the Musi shop.

Tricia has also devoted a significant amount of time to engine shops over the years. She was Ricky Smith's crew chief for a considerable amount of time and had the opportunity to learn from her father.

She has gained a great deal of knowledge about engines. She told enginebuildermag.com in 2022-

"I always looked up to my dad and always wanted to be an engine builder like him someday."

Nevertheless, Lizzy’s other family members didn’t say anything about this.
