In The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 episode 6, titled Shady Waters, Jassi, Keiarna, and Stacey spoke to Karen. Stacey revealed what Mia told her about the RHOP star's legal drama and case and asked if she was okay. She also asked her if she needed to go to rehab like Mia claimed.

Karen said she didn't but would tell the group if she did. Keiarna defended Karen and said she was "honest" and "open" about herself and her life. Karen said Mia's comments about rehab didn't bother her since The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 star advocated seeking help when required.

She added that Mia had been to rebab herself. She revealed why the cast member started her chiropractic practice.
