"I feel great and I am tightened" - 90 Day Fiancé’s Loren Brovarnik opens up about surgical procedure

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After cast member Loren Brovarnik recently underwent multiple surgical procedures to feel confident about herself. The medical procedures were showcased in the latest season of the TLC show and lasted over seven hours.

The reality star and mother of three opened up about the same while in conversation with Us Weekly in April 2024 and said she had no regrets. As part of the makeover, the cast member also underwent liposuction and the fat was transferred to her breasts. About the same, she said:

"I personally didn't want implants, so it wasn't the best health choice for me, but I'm happy. The silver lining is I feel great and I am tightened."

About her recovery, she added that she didn't take it seriously and went on about her daily life. However, her six-week recovery time was extended as she developed an infection.

"I can't just sit there and look at a pile of laundry or dishes. I just can't, so I kind of backtracked a bit but you'll see all about it," she added.

90 Day Fiancé's Loren took to social media to provide post-surgery updates

While speaking to the publication about her decision to get the surgery, she said that she and Alex were done having children, which is why she wanted a "mommy makeover." She added that she knew she wanted it since a woman's body "goes through things" and although the 90 Day Fiancé star felt that the couple was "lucky to get pregnant back-to-back," her muscles didn't "go back."

Loren said her muscles were separated and were "four units apart" so she had a tummy tuck, during which the doctor put her "muscles back together."

In September 2023, a week after her plastic surgery, the 90 Day Fiancé star took to social media to give fans an update about her progress and praised her doctor. She also clarified what "natural mommy makeover" meant. In an Instagram post, she wrote:

"I'd like to clarify the term "natural mommy makeover" since I've been saying that and people are @me for it - I say natural because I used my own fat and didn't put anything in me."

The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After star responded to fans questioning her decision to get liposuction and wrote:

"For everyone asking, I did a tummy tuck because I had abdominal diastasis, 360 lipo and the fat transfer to my b**bs. Basically repurposed myself. Whether you've been hating on me, bashng me, supporting me, cheerin me. I'm so excited for this next chapter and really excited to share it with you all."

While in conversation with Us Weekly, the reality star opened up about having body dysmorphia and said she wanted to be the "best version" of herself. She said that the mental health condition isn't "something that goes away overnight" and she wanted to feel great and work harder on herself.

Loren opened up about getting surgery during the TLC show

In an episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After that aired in April 2024, Loren opened up about her upcoming surgery and explained she was getting a 360 lipo. This included her chin, arms, upper back, lower back, and thighs.

At the time, she stated she didn't want to put anything "foreign" into her body and was "repurposing" her body parts. In the episode, Loren also explained that due to her Abdominal Diastasis, despite working out, she could not get back to the body type she had before she got pregnant.

"It’s physically uncomfortable. I love my children, but my body just didn’t get a break. It was a really busy three years," Loren added.

Loren's surgery was showcased during season 8 of the TLC show. She explained to the cameras that one of the lasting effects of her three C-sections in two years was Abdominal Diastasis. Loren's partner, Alexei, was supportive of her decision and recovery.
