Lucky Starzzz earned the unfortunate title of the season's "Porkchop," as she was eliminated from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 17. Although she was disappointed to go out first, she seems to have built a good connection with one of her cast mates.

In episode 3, Arrietty revealed in her confessional that she wanted Lucky Starzzz to paint her. Referencing this moment, Lucky was asked in a January 18 interview with Entertainment Weekly to reflect on the remark and whether there was anything more to their connection.

Lucky called Arrietty's remark "funny and cute" noting that she loves "weird little metaphors" and understood what her co-star was conveying. While she shared that the two liked each other Lucky chose not to reveal too much about their relationship, preferring to leave a bit of mystery.

"I think it was so funny and cute. I love weird little metaphors, so I understood. I was feeling her. We did like each other. I thought she was charming. She's my closest friend from the cast after the show, I’ll say that. I want to leave it a bit of a mystery," she said.

RuPaul’s Drag Race star Lucky Starzzz reflects on her elimination

In RuPaul's Drag Race season 17 episode 3, the contestants were tasked to take fashion inspiration from the Monopoly board game and create an outfit from scratch.

Lucky Starzzz decided to make a conventional gown and painted a more traditional mug. However, things didn't work out as she hoped and she became the first contestant to be eliminated from the recent RuPaul’s Drag Race season.

During the design challenge, Lucky admitted that she struggled with the fabrics, as she wasn't accustomed to working with them. However, when her RuPaul's Drag Race costars, Hormona and Lexi, offered to help her, she became overwhelmed and broke down in the workroom.

Reflecting on the incident, Lucky shared during her interview with Entertainment Weekly that she felt "cornered into the wall" during the segment. She explained that she doesn't sew or work with fabric and cloth, hence she was overwhelmed when it was presented in front of it.

"I’m a crafty person, I hope people understand the difference. I craft things, I create characters, I create worlds with my drag. But, I don’t sew gowns, I don’t sew dresses. I will create a dress somehow — my way," she added.

When Lucky walked on the runway to present her creation she looked a bit uncomfortable and said that she wasn't her true self.

Reacting to the segment, the RuPaul’s Drag Race star revealed in the interview that she wasn't happy with her outfit and felt "embarrassed". She shared that one of her worst fears came to life during the challenge—she felt like a "failure" and believed her "drag was busted."

'My situation back home is not good either, so I felt like, wow, am I really about to leave back to that? What did I do here? I just crashed down that day, so I had to cover my face while crying, because I get embarrassed when I cry. Imagine having a panic attack in public, in front of RuPaul. That’s how I felt," the RuPaul's Drag Race star continued.
