Season 6 of Too Hot to Handle has ended with the final installment of episodes released on August 2. Bri and Demari were crowned the winning couple of the season, despite a tumultuous run.
They coupled up on the very first day of the show but Bri was sent to the banishment zone because she kissed both Chris and Demari. Demari then showed an interest in Flavia but it didn't come to fruition because her interests lay elsewhere.
When Bri was sent to the Too Hot to Handle banishment zone again, newcomer Valentina was sent on a date with Demari. He ended up kissing the new girl, Valentina, denting his relationship with Bri. However, this move made him realize his feelings for Bri and he apologized. After a serious back and forth, Bri gave in and the two became an item.

Their win meant a lot to fans because of the journey they had. They were curious to know if they were going strong even after the show. In an exclusive interview with People, published on August 2, their relationship status after they left the Too Hot to Handle villa was said to be "complicated".
Fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their sentiments on this. Some hoped that they were still together, while others believed they had broken up. One fan wrote:

In the exclusive interview with People, Too Hot to Handle stars Bri, and Demari shared that they were on a break. This meant that they weren't completely done with each other nor were they going strong. Talking about how things went between the two post the show, Bri said:
"At first when we came out the villa, it seemed fairly easy because we were FaceTiming every night, but he is on a different time zone, so it did start to get really difficult."
Adding further, Bri said Demari was having "delayed reactions" from their experience on the show. So they decided to take a break and separate for a while to understand their feelings after the experience.
