Frankie revealed that she had not expected the emotional intensity of The Traitors UK. While she anticipated the experience would be challenging, she admitted she underestimated how immersive it would be.

"I didn’t really know what to expect! I did think it would probably be quite intense, which it was. I didn’t realise I would make such good friends, which has been lovely, and I definitely didn’t think I would get as far as I have," she shared.

Her progress to the final five marked a personal achievement, especially given the early stages of the show where she doubted her ability to remain in the competition. She explained:

"At the beginning I looked around and I thought I’m not going to make it through the first day; everyone is really impressive."

Overcoming challenges: The importance of teamwork

One of the memorable aspects of Frankie's experience was her involvement in the show’s missions. Initially unsure of her abilities, Frankie was surprised by her performance in the challenges, which were a core element of the competition. Talking about the Missions, which often required physical and mental coordination, The Traitors UK contestant said:

"I think the Missions have been some of the best experiences, just because I was really worried about doing them and whether I would be fit enough or be able to do them and I really surprised myself."

These challenges also provided opportunities for Frankie to bond with other contestants, reinforcing the importance of teamwork. Despite her concerns about her physical abilities, she managed to contribute meaningfully to the group and enjoyed the sense of camaraderie that developed among the contestants. She said:

"They were just so much fun and I really enjoyed being part of a team."

Further, The Traitors UK's Frankie reflected on the lessons she learned about herself. From the initial uncertainties to successfully navigating the tough challenges, Frankie realized her capacity for growth and self-confidence.

"I’ve learnt so much about myself. I’ve learnt that in some cases I can sometimes underestimate myself, but I can push myself, like I did in the Missions, and do in everyday life," she said.

This insight also shaped the way she approached the game, focusing on being authentic and considerate in her interactions with others.

"I’ve also learnt that my way of playing the game was to be myself and to be kind and caring and actually that goes a long way."

For Frankie, The Traitors UK was a transformative experience that allowed her to push her limits while staying true to her values.
