“I love production”—The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans react to Dorit’s apology to Garcelle

Episode 8 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 was released on January 21, 2025. Titled A Perfect Storm Out, the episode documented the aftermath of Kyle revealing her texts to Dorit's husband, PK. The segment also saw Dorit apologizing to Garcelle for snapping back at her when she had asked her if she was okay in a previous episode.

This happened when Dorit was taken aback by the revelation that Kyle had texted PK. Garcelle had asked her if she was okay, to which, Dorit had asked her if she genuinely meant what she was asking. Garcelle rhetorically asked her why she would be asking that if she didn't actually mean it.

In episode 8, Dorit sprung up when Garcelle was relaxing at the spa and apologized to her for reacting that way. She explained where her reaction stemmed from and Garcelle understood it.

Fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills took to X and reacted to this apology.

"This is when I love production. As Garcelle relaxes into her foot massage & soft music plays in the background, enter Dorit. The music stops. Garcelle stares right into the camera. I love this!!!" a fan said.

"Lol. Garcelle’s little plot worked. She carried that bone to Boz, set Boz up for the alley-oop to Dorit, and Boz did exactly that. I love to see a plan come together," said another fan.

"I hope Garcelle and Dorit can get through this! I think I would like them together!" added a third.

"OH. MY. GOD! We got an apology from Dorit to Garcelle. Now, WHERE are all of the Dorit Defenders that were telling me it was wrong for Garcelle to ask “How are you” last week? Come to the front of the congregation!!" another wrote.

Some fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills acknowledged that it was Boz who influenced Dorit to apologize to Garcelle.

"Garcelle brought the bone to Boz about Kyle’s inappropriate text to PK so Boz planned a spa day/Kyle ambush so Dorit can get her lick back!" an X user wrote.

"Dorit issuing a full apology for her past behavior with Garcelle, and Garcelle being receptive, was a super sweet moment," wrote another.

"Dorit and Garcelle finally going somewhere because Dorit finally apologizes and means it! Growth I guess," commented one.

"Garcelle nd Dorit having a heart-to-heart at this spa day was not on my bingo card??? Oh wow. And look at Dorit putting her big girl panties on and extending the olive branch….. again," another wrote.

Dorit's apology to Garcelle on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 episode 8

Just when Garcelle was relaxing at the spa, Dorit sought her out. She brought up the time when she got mad at Garcelle for asking her how she was doing and mentioned:

"My reaction to you was far less about you and more about me. It's like I'm lost."

Garcelle empathized with her and said she was sorry for her and acknowledged that going through the separation and Kyle's revelation must've been hard. Dorit brought up the bumps in their relationship and stated that she hurt Garcelle and wasn't receptive to her. For that, she apologized to her and reassured that she wanted to change.

Garcelle accepted her apology and thanked her for coming forth with it. In The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills confessional, Garcelle said she was surprised about Dorit taking accountability and coming to her.
