Episode 10 of The Traitors UK season 3 was released on January 22. It documented the deduction of two more players, as Joe was murdered and Minah, the Traitor, was banished. Joe was taken out after he was shortlisted alongside Jake and Leanne in the last episode, and the traitors saw him as a bigger potential threat than the other two.
Minah's banishment could've been halted as the votes were equally divided between Freddie, Alexander, and herself. Charlotte was the last one to cast a ballot, so her deciding vote was to determine who among the three would be banished.
In a shocking move, she voted for her fellow Traitor Minah, which banished her. She then chose Freddie, a man, averse to the "sisterhood." to become the next traitor, which was another risky move because he was already under scrutiny for being a traitor.

Fans of The Traitors UK took to X to react to Charlotte throwing a fellow traitor under the bus when she had the power to save her. Some fans thought the move was genius while others criticized it.
"Charlotte getting rid of Minah, and then destroying the sisterhood by recruiting a f*cking MAN. Absolutely f*ck this sh*te I'm livid," a fan said.
"Yeeeeah... I don't want Charlotte to win so I'm hopping back on over to the Faithfuls side," another said.
"Charlotte has been a traitor for five minutes and is now a fully-fledged sociopath," added a third.
"Credit where credit is due Charlotte has played an absolute blinder with this!" another wrote.
Some fans of The Traitors UK praised the move, as it safeguarded Charlotte's position. They also noted that this move, paired with her possible vote for Freddie in the next round, could ascertain her position as a Faithful. But some brainstormed that if Freddie sniffed this threat, he could out Charlotte before she does so.
"If Freddie is smart he’ll throw Charlotte under the bus right away. He just saw what she did to Minah and the heat is already on him," an X user wrote.

Reasons leading up to Minah's banishment from The Traitors UK season 3 episode 10
The doubt Freddie had about Minah since the last episode prevailed as he darted his sight on her in The Traitors UK episode 10 as well. He not only targeted Minah, but also openly cast his doubt on Charlotte, and the latter didn't do much to defend Minah.
Frankie also thought Minah was the Traitor because she put her down as one of her answers in the previous episode. Leanne joined the bandwagon, stating that Minah picked her as "two-faced" in the mark in the ceremony of truth.
Freddie kept pushing for Minah to be the Traitor, after which Charlotte showed slight support for her fellow traitor Minah, but when she saw it not working in her favor, she decided to cast her final deciding vote for her, banishing her.
