What happened in the Big Brother AI Arena in season 26 episode 18?
In Big Brother season 26 episode 18, the three nominated contestants — Brooklyn, Cam, and Chelsie — competed in an AI competition called Digital Decryption. Ainsle told the cast members that she was malfunctioning and that they had to unscramble words appearing on the screen before them.
The contestants had to figure out the words acting as clues to discover three AI-generated images. The first person to get all three would win the competition. The three of them stood in front of the board, watching the words float in front of them before they started moving.
Cam reached for his box of images and started looking through the images but had to go back to the screen to reconfirm the words. Brooklyn and Chelsie applied a similar strategy and started to lay down the images in front of them before returning to the screen.
Chelsie became the first of the three Big Brother season 26 contestants to match an image to its description, while Brooklyn and Cam followed suit soon after. Meanwhile, Chelsie was still in the lead by being the first houseguest to put up the second image.
When Cam found his second image, he switched it around to match the image to the background, and Chelsie did the same after looking at the clues again. Although Brooklyn was the first to arrange the pictures, her answers were incorrect. Chelsie also got her first sequence wrong and had to reattempt the task. However, her second attempt proved fruitful as she won the task.
With Chelsie safe from being evicted, the houseguests had to vote for either Brooklyn or Cam to send one of them packing. With an 8-1 vote, the female cast member was evicted from the competition.
Big Brother season 26 airs episodes on CBS on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
