Love Island: All Stars returned with a new episode on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. It showcased a heated confrontation between Kaz Crossley and the villa's latest entry, "bombshell" Casey O'Gorman, who was enthusiastic about finding love. However, that bothered Kaz, who called him a "player" without wasting much time, alleging him of mistreating his past partners, one of whom was her friend, Georgia Harrison.
Casey's entry into the South African villa marked his third appearance in the Love Island franchise. He was one of the original cast members in season 9 where he explored connections with Claudia Fogarty and Rosie Seabrook. In 2024, Casey appeared in the All Stars season to give love another try and sparked a connection with Georgia and Eve Gale.
Despite multiple failed attempts, Casey returned to the Love Island villa, hoping to make his third appearance successful. However, he received a confrontational welcome after Kaz drew everyone's attention to his flirtatious personality, alleging him of messaging every woman in the cast. Casey defended himself by dismissing her accusations as untrue, however, Kaz remained unconvinced.

Love Island: All Stars fans took to X to react to Kaz's argument with Casey. While many were shocked to see her targetting Casey right after his arrival, others praised her for standing up for her friend, Georgia.

Casey arrived soon after Ekin-Su chose to couple up with Kaz's partner, Curtis. He confessed the villa felt like "home now" and added that he looked forward to mingling with his fellow islanders. However, before he could settle in and have one full conversation with the cast members, Kaz confronted him about dating "a lot of girls" outside the show.
When Casey defended himself by saying he had been enjoying his single life after his previous appearance, Kaz said:
"But, like, aside from Georgia, like, you have been with a lot of islanders and, like, that's a red flag."
She revealed that the "word on the street" was that Casey had "f****ed over a few girls." Although Casey pleaded his case, saying he was a "lover boy" who did not mean any harm, Kaz refused to believe his intentions.
While speaking to the cameras, she called him a "player" and drew attention to his "defensive" behavior, convinced he was "guilty." In the meantime, Marcel and Kas requested Kaz to give Casey time and confront him the next morning.
Later, Casey criticized Kaz for accusing him of mistreatment without knowing the facts.
"No, it's not true. That's your friend's [Georgia's] opinion on me. You don't, you don't know me well enough to give your honest opinion on me. I've met you, like, twice," he said.
The Love Island: All Stars islander disapproved of Kaz's decision to confront him the moment he entered the villa in front of everyone. However, despite his complaints, Kaz refused to budge, asking him not to take everything personally.
