In episode 8 of the Netflix series, Jason Oppenheim told his ex-girlfriend and cast member Mary Bonnet that their dog Niko's days were numbered. Niko who was battling end-stage kidney failure, passed away later in the episode. Jason's brother, Brett, delivered the news to the other agents, who grieved Niko's demise.

Niko's funeral was held in Mary's backyard, where guests started pouring in, all donning black outfits. Meanwhile, viewers were taken aback by the agents' dramatic entrances in their intricately styled outfits. The first agent to arrive was Nicole with her three dogs, Charlie, Leo, and Tilly. As she entered, deep music played in the background.

"Solemn piano music" accompanied the entrances of Amanza, Alanna, and Nicole. Next up was Bre, whose slow-motion walk into the backyard was followed by thunder rumblings. She wore a large hat that kept her face covered most of the time, an oversized coat, and high-booted heels.
