Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss is siding with her friend and former castmate Kenya Moore after the show's producers abruptly dropped her from the reality TV series.
The former RHOA cast member candidly answered the fan question about her thoughts on Kenya Moore departing from the famous Bravo show in a recent Amazon Live video. She said:
"Unfortunately, my girl Kenya was a part of this season and there was an incident that happened. I wasn't there. I can't give you details of what happened. But it makes me sad, you know."
Expressing her sincerity about Moore's exit from the show, and pointing out that her support for her former castmate is not a diss to the other party in the issue, Burruss continued:
"I'm not lying about how I feel because she's my friend. I do love her. I do not know the other young lady, so it's not a diss to her."
Kenya Moore's RHOA suspension came after the network got wind of her antics during her spa opening, where she allegedly shared explicit photos of her new costar, Brittany Eady.
As for Kandi Burruss, she exited the show earlier this year after being a part of the reality TV series for the previous 14 seasons.
RHOA alum Kandi Burruss thinks Kenya Moore's exit is an "end of an era"
The former RHOA mainstay admitted on her Amazon Live video about being sad to see her ex-castmate leave. Kenya Moore first joined the cast for season 5 in 2012, and she's been a regular for all 11 seasons but will not be returning for the upcoming season 16.
Burruss also talked about the incident that resulted in Moore's suspension from the show, saying:
"When you join a reality show, unfortunately, people are able to pull up things that you've done and share them. And that's not to say it's always a nice thing to do or a cool thing to do, but it happens."

The RHOA alum also questioned if the network could have done something to keep Moore on the show, further noting her feelings about her exit.
"I don't care who disagrees, I feel like it's the end of an era."
Kandi Burruss noted that it doesn't matter if Kenya Moore is someone likable or not, she has something to offer to the reality TV series as someone who brings up "hard conversations" and "doesn't mind being real and keeping it 100 on the camera."
Before signing off the live video, Kandi Burruss further showed support for Kenya Moore by plugging Moore's signature line, Kenya Moore Hair Care.
