The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 concluded after the release of the finale and the reunion episodes on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. At the reunion, the cast reassembled to address unresolved feelings and discuss disputes. In one segment of the episode, Aria confronted Caleb about liking her Instagram stories, deeming his relationship with Mariah "fake."
Caleb and Aria spent the first half of the experiment as trial marriage partners, away from their original companions, Mariah and Scotty respectively. They immediately hit it off and found comfort in each other's company. However, they were not aligned in their emotional connection. While Aria believed they bonded emotionally, Caleb did not.
Caleb eventually reconnected with Mariah and got engaged with a wedding planned for the summer of 2026. However, while Caleb reflected on his relationship with Mariah, Aria called him out for liking her Instagram stories and blocking and unblocking her. She called Mariah and Caleb's relationship insincere, criticizing him for "lurking" on her page after getting engaged to someone else.

Things got heated between Aria, Mariah, and Caleb during the season 3 reunion of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On. While Caleb and Mariah discussed their road trip and plans for their impending marriage, Aria interjected asking Caleb why he was "lurking" on her Instagram page, liking her Stories and other posts.
Although Caleb tried to defend himself by saying he liked Zaina's posts too, Aria refused to believe him. She further criticized Mariah for calling Caleb every night during their trial marriage.
"To me, it looks like you don't trust him," she said.
Mariah paused Aria briefly to collect her thoughts and add to the conversation. She revealed that the revelations were new to her and difficult to process.
"The who blocking-not blocking, watching her stories, that is news to me, first and foremost," Mariah said.
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On cast member urged Caleb to be honest. She expressed that watching the show back was difficult for her because of the contrasting feedback she received from both Caleb and Aria about their trial marriage.
Scotty chimed in on the conversation and said Mariah needed "validation of what she was feeling." He urged Caleb not to deny what happened and to take accountability for his actions.
