The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 released its second batch of episodes, i.e., episodes 6 to 8, on December 11. These episodes saw a couple reset as the participants went back to their original partners after spending a few weeks with their trial partners to see if they were still compatible.
Aria and Caleb were trial partners who left their original partners, Scotty and Mariah, to pair up with each other. They shared a distinct chemistry, which was seemingly better for the fans than the chemistry they shared with their respective partners.
Aria had fair conversations with Caleb, unlike the fights she had with Scotty. He appreciated her and made her feel worthy, unlike Scotty, who complained about how she wasn't validating him. Fans of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On took to X to urge the two of them to be together after episode 8 of the show witnessed Aria leaving Scotty.

While talking to Mariah a day before Decision Day on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, Caleb shared that he was scared of getting married because he had a lot of growing to do. Mariah's feelings about marriage differed because she said the thought of marriage excited her.
Caleb, on the other hand, wanted to strengthen his communication skills before he could think of a future with Mariah. With Aria and Scotty, the latter thought Aria didn't validate him enough and said that she still hadn't worked on giving him the "non-s*xual physical touch."
Aria got emotional, saying she was trying and that Scotty didn't acknowledge her efforts. So by the end of episode 8, Aria said she couldn't be with someone who didn't have faith in her, packed her bags, and left.
