Molly-Mae Hague shared the news to her 7.5 million followers on Instagram. In her statement, the 25-year-old social media personality shared her disbelief over the break-up, stating-

"Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way."

She further expressed that she is "extremely upset" about the split and that their daughter, Bambi, remains her top priority.

"I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority," she continued.

Molly-Mae Hague also greeted her fans and followers for their support throughout the years, acknowledging their role in the couple's journey. She concluded her statement by requesting for privacy during the difficult time, adding-

"Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I'll be back when it feels right."

Tommy Fury, who also announced the split via his Instagram story stated-

"I am heartbroken to share that Molly & I have decided to end our relationship," he announced. He further expressed- "The past 5 years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi & I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad. Bambi is our priority."

During this difficult time, Tommy appealed to the media as well as the fans not to invade the privacy of the couple and their families.

This news of their separation comes only a few weeks after they celebrated their first engagement anniversary. Tommy proposed to Molly-Mae Hague in July 2023 and got engaged to her by taking her to a beautiful location on the hilltop to give her an engagement ring. The proposal was captured in a video that Molly posted on her Instagram with the caption "Forever. 23/07/23."

Earlier this year, during an interview, Molly-Mae Hague shared the challenges of motherhood and the struggle to balance between work and family.

Before the separation, Molly-Mae Hague was seen in a YouTube video mentioning that she had been the one taking care of their child while Tommy was occupied practicing boxing. She discussed the difficulties she faced being a first-time mom.

"I just feel like at the minute I've been struggling a little bit, which is fine. I feel like with motherhood, some stages are easier than others, and at the minute I feel like we're going through a little bit of a challenging phase," she shared.

The couple was expecting to tie the wedding knot in 2025 and have been much loved by the audiences since their time on Love Island. Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have agreed to co-parent their daughter, Bambi, following their split.
