"Lovestory of the season" — Love is Blind UK fans praise Steven and Sabrina

Love is Blind UK premiered on Netflix with the first four episodes of the series on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. As part of the social experiment, the 30 singles who took part in the dating reality show interacted with their potential love interests through a wall. As part of the show's format, the contestants only came face-to-face after getting engaged.

Steven wrote a poem for Sabrina as part of her proposal and the latter said yes. The two met in person in episode 2, where the male cast member went down on his knee once again.

Fans of the show took to social media to react to the couple and praised their connection. One person wrote on X,

Love is Blind UK fans further said that the cast members will get married in the season finale,

"I feel like Steven & Sabrina are gonna be the couple that is smooth sailing & we all know gets married in the end. Every season has 1 of those. If they do have an issue it’ll maybe be about Steven needing a kid & Sabrina being unsure, but I think they’ll be ok. #LoveIsBlindUK," a person wrote.

Steven's proposal to Sabrina in Love is Blind UK explored

In episode 1, Steven expressed being certain about wanting to spend the rest of his life with Sabrina. As the two gathered in the pods, the male cast member asked her to open a "little white thing" he had kept for her.

As she opened the piece of paper, it read that Sabrina had stolen Steven's heart and mind. With that, Steven took the reins and told her he had written a poem for her.

As he popped the question, Sabrina got emotional and told Steven that he was an incredible person. She added that their journey so far had been incredible and she was glad she met him.

Further chiming in on their Love is Blind UK journey, the female cast member said that it had been "short" and a "whirlwind journey." She added the process had been "insane" but that she didn't have doubts about him.

"I just know that we're gonna bring out the best in each other. And I can't wait fo the next chapter," Sabrina said.

Later in episode 2, the two met face to face. Steven proposed to her once again, and she said yes. Sabrina called it the "best moment" of her life so far while Steven expressed excitement about introducing his fiancée to his parents.

Watching the episode back, the Love is Blind UK fans took to social media and praised the couple.
