In the episode, Brian apologized to Ingrid for not asking her before he tried giving her oral pleasure on an intimate night. Ingrid was upset because she felt Brian had crossed boundaries and was contemplating if she would ever see him again.

What happened between Brian and Ingrid on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 8?

In episode 8 of 90 Day Fiancé, Ingrid said she and Brian fought when they got back to his hotel after meeting her friends, and they hadn't spoken since. She explained that he brought her lingerie, she wore it, and he applied the lotion, after which she said:

"I asked if there was a condom, but he didn't have one. So he asked, 'Can I give you oral?'"

She said when she said no and stated that she was uncomfortable, he got mad at her and left. She said instead of being okay with her preferences, he was angry because he was very eager to go ahead with it.

Later, Brian spoke to his sister, narrating everything that happened to her and how he hadn't talked to Ingrid ever since. His sister explained to him that it was his fault because he should've asked about her preference and accepted it. Brian took notes of this and went to see Ingrid.
