Love is Blind season 7 saw the cast members continue their journey in the social experiment with three new episodes on October 9, 2024. In the latest episodes, the couples returned to Washington D.C. and got ready to meet each others' parents.

One such couple was Alex and Tim. After resolving their issues they faced on their honeymoon, Tim got ready to meet his fiancée's family. In episode 8, Alex told Tim that her father, Richard, didn't know they were already engaged and asked him to "leave the proposal out."

After talking with the entire family for a while, Tim asked Alex's father if they could speak in private and read out a letter addressed to him. Tim's letter leaves Alex's father emotional in Love is Blind season 7 episode 8

In Love is Blind season 7 episode 8, Tim read out the letter he read for Alex in the pods. He told Alex's father that while he read it to Alex, it was addressed to him. He thanked her for bringing the female cast member into the world, raising her, and for "understanding what love" was.
