Love Island USA season 6 aired a brand new episode on Sunday, July 7, 2024. The segment saw the aftermath of the post Casa Amor recoupling ceremony which left Jana, Serena, Kaylor, and Leah single.
After seeing Kenny coupled up with a bombshell, Jana expressed wanting to leave the dating show. In Sunday's episode, the two had a heartfelt conversation during which, Jana told the islander that if he couldn't decide between her and Catherine, she would decide for him. After the conversation, Kenny broke down in tears while telling Leah and Serena that Jana told him she was leaving.

Love Island USA— Jana and Kenny's emotional conversation explored
In Love Island USA season 6 episode 24, Jana and Kenny sat down for a chat after the latest recoupling ceremony. The latter tried explaining to Jana that he cared about her but Jana responded by stating he didn't care about her enough.
Kenny told her their relationship was important and Jana said it wasn't "important enough" for him since he chose to bring back Catherine instead of focusing on his relationship with her. When the Love Island USA season 6 cast member noted he cared about her, Jana said:
"I care about you enough to come back single, waiting for you. You see how many times I've taken an L in here, for you to do that to me."
She added that if Kenny understood, he wouldn't have done that to the Love Island USA season 6 islander. She told him that she was being "serious" when she said she liked him and told him she wanted to see him happy.
Jana added that it was obvious he wanted Catherine and asked her to "go be happy" with the Casa Amor bombshell. She told him to focus on her and stated she couldn't do it anymore. Kenny noted that he didn't think he wanted to be a part of Love Island USA season 6 if she was not by his side.
Jana argued that if he wanted to be with her he would have thought it and Kenny noted he was "confused." Jana told the cameras she believed the islander thought her worth but she was "wrong."
