"Needs to be the victim"— Sister Wives fans criticize Kody talking about not being a part of Savannah's life

Sister Wives season 19 aired a brand new episode this week on Sunday, December 1, 2024. The segment saw several cast members attend Savannah Brown's graduation party, but her father, Kody Brown was not invited.

Kody, Janelle and Christine chimed in in individual confessionals about Kody's involvement in his daughter's life. The male cast member believed that his children distanced themselves from him, as they didn't like Robyn, but his former wives believed that they distanced themselves from him because of his treatment of them.

Kody noted he would love to have a relationship with Savannah and was unhappy that the family decided that he and Robyn were no longer a part of it. Fans of the TLC reality show commented on Kody's statements online and criticized him. They felt the reality star should put in more of an effort. One wrote on X:

Fans of Sister Wives season 18 felt Kody could have sent his daughter a graduation gift despite being uninvited:

"Not really wanted"— Sister Wives star Janelle Brown chimes in on Kody not being invited to Savannah's graduation party

In Sister Wives season 19 episode 12, Kody Brown opened up about not being invited to his daughter, Savannah's graduation party. While talking about the situation in a confessional, he said that he would have liked to be a part of her life, but his former wives were in a collision and hated Robyn.

The Sister Wives season 18 star said that he didn't know why and stated that they were "jealous." Janelle chimed in on the situation in a confessional and explained that Kody believed that he was not invited because of Robyn.

"Kody is alienated from 90 to 95% of his children. He's not really wanted at events. He's not coming regardless of who he brings or doesn't bring with him," she said.

Kody also said that he believed that the only way he could have a relationship with the rest of his family was to leave Robyn. He added that he wouldn't do that.

Fans of Sister Wives season 18 commented on the situation online and felt Kody should have contacted his daughter on her graduation regardless.
