Love After Lockup season 5 aired episode 42 aired this week on Friday, October 11, 2024. The segment saw Michael and Justine try to navigate their lives as parents in a blended family. Justine received a call from her son, Santannah, about a fight with his brother, Michael Jr. When Justine and Michael reached home, the boys explained what happened.

In Love After Lockup season 5 episode 42, Life After Lockup: Save the Drama for your Mama, Justine received an alarming call from her son about a fight between him and Michael's son. She called Michael up who told Justine that his son called him "hysterical" and informed her that he was on his way back home.

The WeTV star explained in a confessional that her son was diagnosed with Austism. She added that he had trouble communicating his feelings and emotions even though he was "high-functioning". She told him when he was "like this," it was hard for him to narrate what happened and explained the urgency with which she needed to reach him.

Once at the house, Michael and Justine asked Santannah and Michael Jr. what happened. Justine's son said that Michael Jr. was bullying her and would not leave him alone. He added that he threw his phone because he was mad.

The Love After Lockup season 5 male cast member questioned Santannah about throwing his "$15,000 iPhone" while upset. Santannah replied that Michael Jr. took his phone away and taunted him about not being "man enough."

Michael needed a minute to calm down and asked the children to leave his room. He explained to the cameras that while only Michael Jr. was his biological son, he felt like a father to all three children.
