90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort season 2 episode 4 was released on December 23, 2024, on TLC. Titled, The Last Word, the episode continued where the previous one left off and followed Josh and Natalie's fight. The couple fought after Natalie learned that Josh had invited their co-star Sophie to Las Vegas.

In the latest episode, Josh and Natalie sat down the next day to discuss what happened the previous night. However, the two continued fighting after Josh criticized Natalie for her reaction and she accused him of flirting with Sophie.

Josh denied the claims, which in turn made Natalie call him a "wh*re." He then said he needed to go and left Natalie, wishing her luck. The cast member added that he hoped Natalie would apologize to everyone because they deserved it. Natalie also went to see a psychotherapist after her fight with her partner.

Fans who saw the 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort episode took to X to react to Josh and Natalie's conversation. While some said that Natalie was a "nut job," they added that Josh was "using her being crazy" as an excuse to lie to her.

"I mean don't get me wrong. Natalie is a nut job but Josh is using her being crazy as an excuse for him not being honest about not actually wanting to be with her," a fan said.

Natalie's therapist, James, explained to the 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort cast member that her issues stem from her believing she is a lesser person. Natalie agreed and said she didn't deserve to be loved. He then advised her to open up to Josh about how she felt the need to prove that she deserved love.

James encouraged Natalie to confront the other cast members, apologize to them, and give them a little context on why she reacted the way she did.
