90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 released episode 7, titled If You're Not First, You're Last, on January 13, 2025. It featured Julia opening up about her fertility problems, revealing that she may never be able to have children. She got emotional recalling what the doctors had told her, worried it might negatively impact her relationship with Brandon.

Julia knew having children and building a family was important to Brandon. As a result, she feared Brandon would leave her if she could not give birth. However, Brandon assured Julia that he would not abandon her because of her fertility issues.

While talking about the same matter, Julia revealed that she went to Russia to get a full body checkup when the doctors informed her that there was a possibility she could not become a mother. When Brandon insisted that she get a second opinion in the States, Julia refused, fearing that the doctors would confirm the diagnosis.

90 Day: The Last Resort fans took to X to react to Julia's disclosure. While many sympathized with the cast member, others urged Brandon to be more supportive of his partner.

While commenting on their performance during the rowing challenge, Brandon said that they could use their teamwork skills to resolve their relationship issues, particularly the task of being unable to have children. Upon hearing that, Julia became anxious, saying it was a "painful" topic of discussion.

When the therapists requested the 90 Day: The Last Resort star to elaborate, she said:

"So, when I say, like, I don't want kids... And when I say I don't want because I'm so scared to be in reality. So, I can't have a kids."

She revealed that two years ago, she visited Russia and got all fertility tests done. The doctors told her she could not have children because of a certain illness. However, Brandon stated they did not know that for sure, which was why he requested her to get a second opinion in America.

While speaking to the cameras, Julia expressed hesitation regarding a second opinion because she did not want the doctors to confirm her fear. While she worried about the consequences of her fertility issues, Brandon elaborated on the importance of having children.
