Adnan introduced himself and talked about his relationship with the female cast member. He stated that she was "so beautiful" and that he fell in love with her quickly. However, he admitted he was scared about a lot of things because of their cultural differences, since Tigerlily was American.

In 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 2, Tigerlily arrived in Jordan to be with Adnan for a week. The female cast member asked him if her outfit was okay, and he said it was fine but that he would "fix it."

When she asked what he meant, Adnan said he would tell her what to do, and she would change into something else. She introduced him to Chris and Shay, her friends and "glam squad," but Adnan wasn't happy with his fiancé's friendship with Chris.

He explained in a confessional that in his religion, women weren't allowed to have male friends. The TLC star stated that since Tigerlily had known Chris for over 20 years, he was accepting of their friendship, but that she couldn't have "guy friends" in the future.

Tigerlily told the cameras that while she was excited to be Adnan's wife, she was nervous about making a mistake. Later, while getting ready for the ceremony, the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days male cast member asked Tigerlily to show him what she was wearing.

In a joint confessional, Tigerlily wondered why Adnan was hesitant about her clothes since she was "completely covered." He pointed out that her clothes were "tight" and showed her "body." When Tigerlily said she didn't know such things, he told her she should "learn."
