The cast returns home from their Vegas trip, and Sammi gets a call from her doctor with good news about her IVF journey—she now has six healthy embryos, thanks to her discipline with the shots she had to take.
Fans of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation came to X to react to Sammi's journey. While most of them congratulated her on getting six embryos, some hoped for a pregnancy announcement.

Sammi shares more on her journey with IVF on episode 24 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation season 7
Sammi was seen in a bathroom in Jersey Shore: Family Vacation season 7 episode 24. Here she shared in a confessional that even though she was in Las Vegas she had to go to bed early and wake up early to take her hormone shots, a part of her IVF journey.
She said that it wasn't the usual Vegas vibe for her because instead of following her friends she was worrying about taking the shots on time. Right when she injected a shot into herself, she got a call from her doctor. They told her she got six embryos, which was happy news for Sammi.
She said in the confessional that she was nervous about getting her embryos because she didn't think she would get any. So getting six made her happy. She then called her boyfriend, Justin, who also thought it was "awesome" news.
She said in the confessional that seeing Justin as excited as her about the news made her feel good and made her hopeful of their outcome. She then told him to pray for everything else to work out. She said she was counting the positives because in her case, having six healthy embryos was a huge deal.
