The Real Housewives of New York alum shared footage of her moving out of the house on Instagram. She reflected on the "unforgettable" time she and her family had spent in her "cherished townhouse."
"Reflecting on the wonderful memories created in our cherished townhouse—from raising my daughter to hosting unforgettable dinner parties and of course filming iconic 'Real Housewives' scenes," Sonja said.
As she recalled her memories from the New York City townhouse, Sonja said that the "stately brownstone" was a "cornerstone" of her and her family's lives. She went on to describe the house as a "beautiful sanctuary filled with laughter and love.
In the video shared on Instagram, the former RHONY star is seen following movers as they pack up and secure the last of her belongings and furniture. Sonja Morgan noted in her caption that she was ready to "embrace a new chapter" in her life. She also claimed that she felt "lighter" and ready to return to her "roots as an artist."
"Now, as I prepare to embrace a new chapter, I feel lighter and ready to return to my roots as an artist, with more time to be the creative individual I am," Morgan said.
The reality TV star also noted that she was excited to pass on her "magnificent home to its next owner," before reflecting on some of the iconic scenes of RHONY shot there. Sonja Morgan ended her caption by asking fans about their favorite RHONY scenes in the townhouse.
The townhouse, which Morgan bought for $9.1 million, sold at a 50% loss in an auction, trading for $4.5 million.
