"Saddest moment"— Beast Games fans react to Akira's elimination

Beast Games season 1 episode 7 saw more than 15 people get eliminated. The episode started with the results of the Dead Hang challenge being revealed which saw the Orange team go home. The next challenge took the Beast Games contestants to a train track, where six more people were eliminated and four players' futures were yet to be revealed.

At the train tracks, the contestants picked a captain and Akira was chosen two times. He eliminated a total of six people before a different captain was chosen. When 865 was picked as a captain, she chose Akira (Player 539) and his best friend Colton (Player 359.) Mr. Beast put Player 865 (Bethany's) best friend Courtney on the opposite train track and a mystery mannequin on the same track as Akira and Colton.

Bethany saved her best friend, unaware that the mystery mannequin contained her number, and eliminated herself, while eliminating Akira and Colton. Fans of the reality show commented on the elimination process online and were upset to see Akria go home.

"The saddest moment of #BeastGames has to be Akira getting eliminated. Been playing fair and square since the start. Whoever watches MrBeast knows that Akira aka Player 539 is one of the nicest people ever to appear on his channel," one person wrote on X.

"Akira I loved the way this guy played the game! The majority of the players in the top 10 are not even deserving, only a few like 2-3 really did something to be on the Top 10 list," a fan commented.

"He was not f*cking racist. Akira was a damn great player till the end. He knew the game to eliminate people, won a Lamborghini, and saved his best friend. Akira is the true MVP of Beast Games," a tweet read.

Some fans believed Akira got what he deserved for eliminating Mia:

"Akira was a hero last week, but I hated him this one. He got what he deserved. Byeee," a person wrote.

"Lol so many black people and women started in the top 21. Top ten looking hella milky. Akira died a villain," a fan commented.

"Akira lost my respect when he claimed he was eliminating Mia because she already won something. She won because she took the risk the others were not willing to take. That's not privilege. That's not making a tough choice; it's an avoidance of choice. A cop out," a tweet read.

Fans of Beast Games season 1 further said:

"I’m just glad that the girl who got Akira and his friend out of the game ended up eliminated with them. Watching her reaction was incredibly satisfying," a person wrote.

"Everyone saying “oh I didn’t see that coming” when the girl chose Akira and his friend. Like duhhhh she would do that that’s exactly what i immediately thought when she won the votes . If you didn’t see that coming you dumb af," a fan commented.

"Save him"— Akira pleads with Bethany to save Colton in Beast Games season 1 episode 7

In Beast Games season 1 episode 7, Bethany was chosen as the captain in the third round of the Train of Elimination task. She was picked after Akira sent six contestants home.

The host, Mr. Beast, asked her how she felt and she said "great." She added she felt "good about it" and co-host Mack said he felt a "little string of revenge" in her voice. She said they would see. When asked who she wanted to put on the yellow track, she chose Colton and Akira, and the other Beast Games season 1 contestants said they did not "see that coming."

Mr. Beast then picked Bethany's best friend Courtney to put on the Red track and revealed there would be an additional mannequin on the Yellow track with Colton and Akira. However, the identity of the same would be revealed after the elimination. Courtney told her to trust her gut and said she believed Bethany would make the right decision.

"My only plea to you, Bethany, is to save him (Colton)," Akira said.

The Beast Games season 1 player eliminated Akira and Colton and ended up eliminating herself as the mannequin revealed her number.

Fans of the reality show commented on Akira's elimination online and were divided by the cast member going home.
