Season 1 of Love is Blind: Germany came out on January 3. With that, yet another version was added to the extensive library of the franchise. Season 1 premiered with the first four episodes. They saw the participants getting to know each other, falling for each other, proposing, and going on their honeymoon.
Fans of Love is Blind: Habibi are familiar with Asma's reaction when she saw Khatab for the first time after getting engaged to him. He didn't fit her physical expectations, so she was taken aback and left the experiment, only to return to it later. Something similar happened to Sally when she first saw Medina, her pod fiancé.
After their engagement, when they first saw each other, Medina went down on one knee and gave her the ring. After they went back behind the shutters, Sally said she found their interaction "awkward". She teared up and said she felt like she didn't know the person she just met and called Medina a "stranger". Medina was then told that Sally had left the set.

Fans of Love is Blind: Germany came to X to react to her leaving.
"What Sally did was some bullsh*t. You could’ve at least talk to that man. Shame on you," a fan said.
"I didn't like Medina constantly laughing after the reveal either. I understand why Sally started crying and felt uncomfortable. But, I wasn't expecting homegirl to leave the experiment right afterward tho without speaking with him," said another.

What happened between Medina and Sally in Love is Blind: Germany Episode 3?
In the second episode of Love is Blind: Germany, Medina and Sally bonded over similar values. They both shared the same faith, and agreed to the fact that they were on the same page. In the same episode, they opened up more to each other and Medina shared how he built walls around him because he faced rejection in the past.
In Episode 3, Medina brought a bracelet for Sally, while the latter brought him a necklace. Medina told her that it was hard for him to get down on one knee because he only wanted to do it once in his life and do it right.
Later in the episode, Medina teared up saying that she never thought she would find a connection in Love is Blind: Germany. Medina said:
"I know that you are definitely my perfect match here. And I told myself that I would come in here and listen to my heart...and my heart is telling me I'd like to continue this journey with you."
He then went down on one knee and proposed to her. After this, they met each other but didn't talk much when they did. Medina kept laughing, which Sally said was making her insecure. As soon as the two left for their own lounges, Sally admitted to the meeting being awkward and left the experiment.
