Season 2 of 90 Day: The Last Resort released episode 6, The Last Laugh, on Monday, January 5, 2025. It showcased Natalie confronting her partner, Josh, with receipts of his conversation with Sophie about their Las Vegas trip. While Natalie expressed disappointment over being left out, Josh requested that she put the matter behind her and focus on the future.
Josh assured Natalie that the trip was intended for a group of seven people, not just Sophie. He hugged and kissed Natalie to convince her of his intentions and innocence. Ultimately, Natalie forgave him, saying that she needed to trust him more. However, while speaking to the cameras, she confessed that Josh often tried to work his way out of difficult situations by showing affection.
90 Day: The Last Resort fans were unimpressed by Natalie's decision to let Josh off the hook, claiming he was trying to make her believe his lies. They took to X to show disapproval and express suspicion over Josh's intentions with Natalie.

In one of the messages Josh sent to Sophie, he wrote that Natalie was on the "wild side" and he could not stay in a relationship with her much longer. When Natalie read the text to Josh, he defended himself by saying that it was not "worded correctly."
"Yeah, well, that was, uh, not worded correctly. So, I apologize for that," Josh said.
Natalie continued reading through the texts and asked Josh what each meant. When the 90 Day: The Last Resort star explained that the Vegas trip was planned for seven people, not just Sophie, Natalie asked why it was not mentioned. She further told him not to plan things without her knowledge.
While Natalie tried to mention how hurt she was by Josh's actions, the latter insisted they move on instead of harping on the past. He added that he returned to the retreat to discuss their future. When Natalie told Josh not to neglect her and flirt with other female cast members, Josh said he wanted to start the day positively.
The 90 Day: The Last Resort cast member repeatedly kissed Natalie while she requested that he should use his energy to fix their relationship instead of making friends. Ultimately, he promised never to message Sophie again.
