"So entitled" — The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fans criticize Lisa for complaining about flying coach

Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City aired its latest episode on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. The segment saw the housewives and their partners enjoy their trip to Palm Springs. However, Lisa found herself at the center of a dispute when she clashed with Bronwyn and Whitney during a meal.

As the day progressed, the couples gathered to celebrate Bronwyn and Todd's anniversary. Despite the initial hurdle, Lisa found common ground with Whitney and later reached an agreement with Bronwyn. Although everything seemed settled, the cast members continued to harbor grudges against one another.

Towards the end of the episode, Lisa's patience reached limit when she discovered Bronwyn had not booked first-class seats on their flights home. Lisa, who had never flown coach since college, was ready to reschedule her flight to a later one to get a better seat.

She privately requested her husband, John to upgrade their seats, but in vain since everything else was already sold out. A distressed Lisa left Palm Springs panicking over her journey home. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fans took to X to criticize the cast member for complaining about flying economy. They called her out for trying to flaunt her status.

"Lisa talking about being a good mom but is willing to go home to her CHILD son later just so she can sit anywhere but coach. She’s so entitled and dumb," a fan wrote.

"O. M. G. Lisa is insufferable! This B can’t sit in coach for 47 minutes?" another fan commented.

"Lisa is unreal this season smh. Like girl …. wtf! Flying in coach is not that big of a deal!" a user reacted.

"Lisa having a fit because she was gonna be in coach, for a short flight at that, is beyond ridiculous! She has been on my last nerve this season & this behavior is part of the reason why," a person commented.

"Lisa desperately wants to be seen as wealthy enough that she never flies coach. At her big age. Just embarrassing," another fan wrote.

"We're gonna be basic" — The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Lisa worries about flying in economy

As the housewives and their husbands prepared to leave Palm Springs, Angie asked Bronwyn how they would return home, to which she replied, "I booked us all flights home. I got you, Ang." Angie was relieved and stepped aside to check her flight. When she discovered she was "19A," Lisa realized they would fly in economy class.

A shocked Lisa grabbed Angie's hand, struggling to process the situation. While speaking to the cameras, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star confessed:

"Um, I don't carry Coach and I don't fly coach. No one wants to be the last one to get off the plane."

She wanted to reach the airport quickly to "fix" her ticket and upgrade herself to first class but Angie informed her that she could not since the plane was small. Bronwyn revealed she gave the housewives "the next best seats there was." The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star hoped it would not be an issue since it was only "a 65-minute flight."

However, Lisa was displeased. She said:

"None of the accouterments. We're gonna be basic."

The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member was distressed about flying "in the back of the plane." During a private conversation with her husband, John, Lisa confessed she preferred getting home to her son, Henry, later than sitting in coach.

While John was surprised, Lisa explained she had not "flown in coach since college." Consequently, she asked him to look for ways to upgrade their seats. However, John could not find first-class seats because they were all sold out.

During a confessional, Bronwyn commented on Lisa "losing her mind" over a seat, and said it was not the "brat summer I hoped we were headed towards." The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star was surprised Lisa complained about a short trip home when everything else was already paid for.

While Lisa continued stressing about her seat, John asked her to close her eyes and imagine that she was flying first class.
