Jersey Shore: Family Vacation aired episode 33, Do You Love Him? on Thursday, January 2, 2025. The episode featured Mike asking the cast to assemble to confront Angelina and Vinny 2.0 about their troubling relationship. He wanted to help the couple address their issues and discuss their future. However, he was taken aback by the problems that surfaced during their conversation.
Mike and the other cast members were upset to see Angelina and Vinny 2.0 accuse each other of mistreatment. While Angelina criticized Vinny 2.0's fixation with the gym and habit of not informing her about his activities, the latter complained about being locked out of the house and constantly surveilled through the home's CCTV cameras.
Mike, who called for the meeting, quickly realized that Angelina and Vinny 2.0's relationship was beyond repair. While speaking to the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation cameras, Mike said:

"There are so many red flags, I haven't even seen a green flag to be honest with you."
Mike deemed Angelina and Vinny 2.0's relationship the most "toxic" one out of all the troubled relationships he had seen. Further into the conversation, Sammi chimed in and said it looked like Angelina and Vinny 2.0 had begun to develop the "ick" for one another. For Sammi, it was a point of no return.

Mike gathered the cast members to help Angelina and Vinny 2.0 address their unresolved issues and end their feud before returning home. After Vinny 2.0 arrived, Mike informed him that the relationship dynamic between him and Angelina was "alarming," so they needed to discuss the matter and try to find solutions.
Upon hearing that, Vinny 2.0 revealed that although his relationship with Angelina was imperfect, he always tried to be a good partner. He felt it was his duty to help Angelina overcome her abandonment issues, stating that he wanted to do everything he could to support her. However, Deena believed it would not benefit either of them.
Soon, Angelina arrived and was shocked to see the cast have a group discussion with Vinny 2.0. While speaking to the cameras, the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star said:
"Just blindsided. Why do I have to have a sit-down every vacation we do? I've already answered every goddamn question that I could be f**king asked."
She strictly opposed Mike's idea of having a group discussion, saying she wanted to go home and have a private conversation with Vinny 2.0 first. Upon hearing that, Mike said:
"No, no, I'm trying to help both of you guys be transparent."
Snooki supported Mike and said they were only trying to help since their relationship dynamic was not "healthy." After the cast encouraged the couple to address their issues, Angelina accused Vinny 2.0 of refusing to take accountability. She criticized him for leaving early every morning to head to the gym without informing her.
When she said she disliked his fixation with the gym, Vinny told the cameras that she should not prevent the "juice bag from Staten Island" from exercising because it was his life's "purpose." When the other male cast members supported Vinny 2.0, asking Angelina to allow him the time and space to exercise, she retaliated saying she expected him to inform her.
Then Mike asked the couple if they trusted one another. While Angelina said yes, Vinny 2.0 appeared unsure. He struggled to trust her since she gave him the garage opener instead of the house key. The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star revealed that he often spent days locked out of the house because he could not access the home keys.
He further complained about being surveilled inside the house through the CCTV cameras. Vinny 2.0 expressed that he struggled to deal with all of that.
Hearing the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation couple go back and forth, Mike wondered if they could ever reach a middle ground. Ultimately, he noted the pair had resentment toward each other, trust issues, and legal disagreements.
