"So selfish"— Love is Blind fans criticize Tyler's conversation with Ashley's father in light of latest revelations 

Love is Blind season 7 aired episodes 7 to 9 this week on October 9, 2024. The segment saw the cast return to Washington D.C. as they settled into their everyday lives after spending the last few days in Mexico. One such couple was Ashley and Tyler, however, a revelation about the male cast member's past threatens their future.

In episode 9, Tyler told Ashley he was previously a sperm donor and had birthed three children. Ashley felt she should have known this before she said "yes" to his proposal.

Fans online criticized the cast member online for keeping such a big secret. One person wrote on X:

Tyler reveals he's a sperm donor in Love is Blind season 7 episode 9

Love is Blind season 7 episodes 7, 8, and 9 aired on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. The segment saw Tyler meet Ashley's father, Dickson, to have his blessings. During their conversation, Dickson had some questions for his possible son-in-law and asked him when he knew she was the one.

After talking to the Love is Blind season 7 couple together, Dickson asked to speak to Tyler alone. They spoke about his and Ashley's relationship, their future together, and the possibility of them starting a family together.

Ashley's father told Tyler that he had "potential" and gave his blessings. In the following episode, episode 9, titled Is Love Enough?, Tyler revealed to Ashley that he was a sperm donor in the past and fathered three children.

The female cast member was taken aback by the information and said she should have known about the same before she said yes to his proposal. Ashley added that not only did Tyler have kids, but it was with someone he knew.

"Who are these people? I just feel like I should know that," she said.

She said she had not seen anything related to them, including documents stating that Tyler was "uninvolved" in their lives. She said she wasn't upset that he helped a couple by donating but felt she didn't get the "full picture" of who he was.
