After seeing Kaz lying on the bed beside her, Ekin-Su confessed she did not know she was there, leading to an uncomfortable and tense situation between them. Meanwhile, Curtis broke the news to the male contestants, solidifying his dynamics with the female cast member.
After overhearing Ekin-Su's retelling of her kiss with Curtis, Kaz asked her if it was "nice." She then tried to ease the tension by saying she was happy for them since they were "better-suited" anyway.

Love Island: All Stars fans took to X to comment on Ekin-Su and Kaz's awkward situation. While many claimed Ekin-Su made the disclosure aware of Kaz's presence, others commented on the drama that unfolded after the revelation.
