Love Never Lies: South Africa aired episodes 1 to 6 on Netflix on November 29, 2024. The segment saw the six couples, split into groups of two, escorted into different villas, Omgowo and Umjolo. While residents of Omgowo villa spent time with each other, pondering over their relationships, the others were introduced to singles who lived with them for a few days.
In episode 3, those in Omgowo were shown clips of what their partners had been up to in Villa Umjolo. Nancy witnessed her partner, Bohlale getting close to Mia, and discovered that her partner had been physically intimate with the latter.
Fans reacted to Bohlale's infidelity online and felt sorry for Nancy.

In Love Never Lies: South Africa episode 3, Minenhle “Minnie” Dlamini, the host of the show, gathered residents of Villa Omgowo to show them clips of their partners' time in Villa Umjolo. During the ceremony, the host asked Nancy how she felt about seeing what Bohlale had been up to. Nancy was sure she would witness the "worst."
Nancy saw Bohlale and Mia bonding. As per the show's format, the male cast member took an EyeDetect test and was asked whether he and Mia had slept together. The cast member said yes, adding 1000 Rand to the prize fund.
Nancy was shown Bohlale's answer during the ceremony and felt "shattered." She told the cameras her partner's actions had "broken" her spirit and that she was "so disappointed" with Bohlale.
