"Sound advice”- Love is Blind Habibi fans react to Nour asking Dounia and Mido to work on their self-confidence

The first season of Love is Blind Habibi ended bittersweetly with its reunion episode, which was released on November 1. The reunion documented all six couples of the season gathering to talk about their experience with the experiment and where they stood.

While at the reunion, Mido, Nour's pod fiancé, Chafic, her pod date, and Ammar call Nour out for not working on her relationship with Mido and degrading him. Dounia, Chafic's pod fiancé, joined in on the criticism and called Nour out for flirting with an engaged man, Chafic, when they met outside the pods.

Nour started by saying she had advice for Mido and Dounia and said that they needed to work on their self-confidence. She believed that in the real world, many girls prettier than Nour would interact with Dounia's partner, and only self-confidence could help her.

For Mido, she believed that he would stop projecting his insecurities onto others if he had self-confidence. Dounia asked Nour not to advise her, while Mido quipped, "endings reflect morals".

Fans of Love is Blind Habibi took to X to react to this comment of Nour's.

"Nour isn't wrong to tell both Mido and Dounia to work on their self-confidence. They might not like the messenger, but the message is sound advice," said one fan.

"Nour spoke nothing but the truth. Dounia not gonna realize how true the advice about self-confidence is until that man puts her through devastation and leaves her crumbled in the rubble," another wrote.

Some fans of Love is Blind Habibi stated why Nour advised Mido and Dounia.

"Why is Mido insisting that Nour had a thing for Chafic. This is EXACTLY why she's saying he needs to work on his self-confidence," an X user wrote.

"Nour ate Mido up. Overreaction is a sign of lack of self-confidence and that’s it," another X user wrote.

"Dounia catching an attitude with Nour for saying she should work on her self-confidence is interesting," wrote one fan.

"Dounia saying any girl would love Ammar… girl Nour was right, you need to work on your self-confidence sis," another wrote.

When Nour asked Dounia and Mido to work on their self-confidence on Love is Blind Habibi reunion

At the Love is Blind Habibi reunion, Mido said he made a mistake by choosing Nour to be his pod partner and wouldn't make the same mistake if he had the chance. He explained himself by saying that Nour only cared about material things and thought of herself as a product.

He explained this by saying:

"Why do you belittle yourself in public and say, "I like to see a full table, and when the bills comes, I do this". Why?"

Nour said that those were her standards and that Mido was projecting his lack of self-confidence onto her. She then said that she wanted to give both Dounia and Mido a piece of advice.

To this, Chafic said Dounia didn't need her advice and asked her to give it to someone else. Dounia echoed his sentiments and asked Nour to not advise her. She also said that she would take advice from any other lady except Nour.

Nour accused Chafic of getting erratic and asked him to be respectful and hear her out. Then when she asked them to work on their self-confidence, Mido said that if Dounia wasn't confident, Chafic wouldn't have been with her after Love is Blind Habibi.
