Love Island: All Stars season 2 aired episode 13 on Sunday, January 26, 2025. The segment saw Scott and Luca clash during a Russian Roulette-inspired game of Truth or Dare, after Scott kissed Grace after admitting to Luca, Casey, and Ron that he had feelings for Tina.
The two argued and were separated by the islanders. However, when Ekin-Su dared Luca to kiss someone he believed was on the show for fame, he kissed Scott. The cast member's revelation upset Tina, who left the game in tears. Fans of the reality show commented on the argument online and viewers were critical of both cast members.

In Love Island: All Stars season 2 episode 13, Scott opened up to several male cast members about his feelings for Tina. He told Ronnie, Casey, and Luca that something was "stressing" him out, and added that he felt that Tina was "so good" for him.
Luca told him that he couldn't help how he felt and the male islanders decided not to tell their partners about the conversation, as Scott expressed wanting to tell Tina himself.
Later in the Love Island: All Stars season 2 episode, the cast played a game of Truth or Dare during a Las Vegas-inspired party— however, things took a turn when Scott kissed Grace on a dare. When Grace landed on Truth, Scott said he didn't want to "go there" by asking her anything but Luca told him to be honest.
As the two argued, Scott took a step closer to Luca and asked him who he was talking to. The other islanders pulled the two apart and Scott asked Luca if he was "insecure." The game continued and Luca landed on a dare. Love Island: All Stars star Ekin-Su asked him to kiss someone he believed was on the show for fame.
The islander kissed Scott on the cheek and explained that he believed the cast member got to know a few people before coming into the villa. He added that Scott wanted to get "far" in the game.

Tina questioned Luca's statements and said she was a "no one," while Scott criticized the male Love Island: All Stars season 2 star's statements. He said Luca was a "different breed," and Tina asked him what Scott had said about her. Tina walked away in tears while Scott wondered who Luca was.
