"Still don't trust Ryan"— The Real Housewives of Orange County fans react to Jenn's engagement

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 aired its season finale this week on Thursday, October 31, 2024. The segment saw Jennifer Pedranti share an important update with the cast members as she told them her boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian, proposed to her. Jennifer said Ryan proposed to her in the Bahamas, and it felt like they were moving in "slow" motion.

Heather told Jennifer that she proved everyone who said her relationship wouldn't work out wrong. Emily said she had "come around" about Ryan, and fans online also expressed their opinion. One person wrote on X:

"I love Jenn's happiness. I still don't trust Ryan, though. I didn't forget all of those red flags with him last season."

"Jenn, if you're happy, I'm happy... but there are red flags with Ryan that you've been ignoring. This whole FBI business has to be alarming to her, but I think she just wants that financial security more than anything. I do hope she's in this for the right reasons though," a fan commented.

In The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 episode 17, titled Unfinished Business, Jennifer Pedranti returned from her trip to the Bahamas. She then met up with Gina, Emily, and Shannon and showed them her engagement ring. She told the cameras about the proposal and said her response was "Yes, yes, yes."

Gina screamed when she saw Jenn's ring and said "Oh my God." She asked if The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member had gotten engaged. Gina added that it was "f*cking amazing" and congratulated her.

Jenn told the cameras that she and Ryan went to the Bahamas after London and detailed the proposal. She said she had an idea and threw her phone in the sand because she was excited for him to ask her.

When Shannon joined the trio, Jenn showed her the ring. The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 star expressed shock over Jenn's engagement ring. She said everyone was "talking down" to Jenn and the RHOC star proved them wrong. Emily chimed in and said everybody deserved a "second chance."

"I do think Ryan treats Jenn well but I do think maybe there's some red flags," she told the cameras.
