In Love Island: All Stars season 2, episode 3, aired on January 15, villa dynamics shifted after bombshell Ekin Su stole Curtis from Kaz, leaving Kaz single.
Kaz then pursued her crush, Ronnie, who was paired with Elma and shared good chemistry, evidenced by their kiss earlier. However, when Kaz pulled Ronnie aside to The Secret Garden, he showed interest in her too.
Watching from a distance, Ekin Su asked Elma if she thought Ronnie might kiss Kaz. She also demanded to know how she would feel if he did kiss Kaz. She also asked if she thought they would tell her if they kissed.

She also mentioned that The Secret Garden was for doing private things so no one would know what went on in there. Fans of Love Island: All Stars thought Ekin Su was "stirring the pot" and insinuating drama by making Elma think of a kiss between Kaz and Ronnie.
"Kaz is playing an interesting game she is definitely not a girls girl but on the other hand she is single and it’s all still early days no one is off limits but Ekin Su is already stirring the pot," said one fan.

What happened between Kaz and Ronnie in The Secret Garden on Love Island: All Stars season 2 episode 3?
Earlier in the Love Island: All Stars episode, Elma told Ronnie that he needed to work on his kissing skills. When the two of them sat alone, Ronnie asked her if he could kiss her and see if it got better. She agreed and they kissed. Soon after, Kaz fetched Ronnie to The Secret Garden.
Here she clarified to Ronnie that she had a chat with Elma already and she understood that they would talk to whoever they wanted to in the villa.
Kaz then told him she brought him there because she needed some privacy, especially because he kissed Elma in front of everyone. This made Ronnie ask her if she wanted to kiss him too.
Kaz contemplated it because it would be a controversial move given that he was still coupled up with Elma and the fact that he had kissed Elma mere minutes ago. Kaz asked him: "What do you wanna do?" and Ronnie just leaned in to kiss her.
