The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 aired episode 10, titled Catwalks & Catfights, aired on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The segment saw the cast take a trip to support Heather Dubrow's charity event but Shannon and Alexis' feud took center stage.

Several cast members urged Alexis to sit down with Shannon have a conversation with her. The former agreed, however, Shannon wasn't interested. As she was leaving the event, she hugged everyone, apart from Alexis and told her she was "not interested."

Given their turbulent history on RHOC and drama with John Janssen, fans of the show praised Shannon Beader's reaction to Alexis. One person wrote on X:

In The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 episode 10, Emily Simpson suggested that Alexis and Shannon have a conversation. She told Alexis to be more "compassionate" towards the season 18 cast member.

Alexis told the cameras that since they were at an event for Family Equality, it would be the perfect opportunity for her to try. She told Emily that she was open to the idea of burying the hatchet.

While in conversation with Gina, Shannon stated she felt bad that Heather's event had so much negativity. Gina told Shannon that she and Alexis were "kind of saying the same thing."

"She's not willing to back down a millimeter," Shannon replied.

Later on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Emily joined the conversation and tried to convince Shannon to talk to Alexis to clear the air. Emily asked Alexis to do the same for the sake of the rest of the Bravo cast. Emily assured Shannon that John Janssen's name would not come up.

However, Shannon stated it was not "healthy" to talk to Alexis. She explained that the rest of the cast could enjoy their time with Alexis and stated that the trip had pushed her "over the edge". She said she was leaving. As she hugged the rest of the cast, she came across Alexis but refused to give her a hug.
