Married to Medicine season 11 episode 5 was released on December 22. Titled Blow Up on The Ranch, it took place at the ranch the ladies went on a holiday to. While there, Toya gathered the ladies and brought up how Quad owed some of the ladies an apology after they had strained relationships with her throughout the last season.
The Married to Medicine ladies had asked Quad to leave their Napa trip in the last season, because they all had some feud with her and felt no "emotional" connection with her. So when Toya asked Quad to apologize, the latter asked why would she do so when they were the ones to gang up on her last trip.
Toya even said that Jacqueline even tried apologizing to her for it, so it was now her turn to show remorse. Quad replied that the ladies collectively tried to "bury" her existence from the show. This set off a chain of verbal one-on-ones between Quad and Heavenly, Sweet Tea, and Contessa.

Each one of them aired out their grievances with Quad. Fans of Married to Medicine took to X to react to Toya starting the fights.
"Toya has selective memory - they continued to say Quads the single one why she on the show! Stop the gas-lighting! They wanted her off and Toya amped up Sweet-Tea to come for Quad!" a fan said.
"Is anyone else noticing how Toya keeps stirring up drama by accusing people of not being real? Lol," said another.
"Toya and Simone started this sh*t. Let's not be embarrassed now the b*tches are abt to fight," added a third.
"The way they did Quad in Napa.. Toya is a troll and wants to try to keep dragging this out to fire shots at Quad - omg they continue to gaslight her! Toxic and unhealthy," another wrote.
Some fans of Married to Medicine thought Toya wasn't serious about insinuating the fight.

The feud between Quad and the other cast members of Married to Medicine season 11 episode 5
At the dinner table in Married to Medicine season 11 episode 5, Toya said they never wanted Quad to leave the show, but her behavior led them all to dislike her at that moment. The latter defended herself, saying she was a good friend. As an example, she also brought up the 2021 instance, where she stood up for Heavenly against Contessa.
This was when Sweet Tea brought up the time Quad mimicked her voice. For this, Quad apologized to her, and she accepted it. Contessa didn't appreciate this because she said Heavenly told her that Quad alleged Contessa had a fake friendship with Sweet Tea. Quad defended herself by saying that she had only said Contessa didn't know Sweet Tea fully yet and was only getting to know her.
