Bravo's Southern Charm couple Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover have parted ways. On December 30, 2024, Paige appeared on Hannah Berner's Giggly Squad podcast where she opened up about the end of her and Craig's three-year-long relationship.

The reality television celebrity said that she loved and respected her ex-boyfriend and that he was one of the best people she had ever met. She stated that she would remain "his biggest fan" but that breaking up was the right decision for both of them.

Fans of the reality show commented on the couple's breakup and were divided in their opinion. While some expressed sadness, others blamed Paige for the breakup. One person wrote on X:

"I’m so mad she strung him along for 3 years to walk away. I’m not at all surprised but damn. She fixed him up and everything."
"I had a feeling they would never wind up getting married. If Paige really wanted marriage & kids with Craig she wouldn’t be stalling. They would have at least gotten engaged committing to a future together while they figure out logistics," a fan commented.
"’m a Paige fan but this feels kinda cringe on her part…. I thought she was going to say like “when I first started dating him, I was 24.” She was TWENTY-NINE and is “now 32.” like girl. You want what 5 more years to be single? & willing to LOSE Craig?! Yikes," a tweet read.

Some fans of Southern Charm hoped Paige and Craig were okay.

"I hope they are both OK. A breakup is always sad, and navigating it in public can't be easy. It couldn't continue indefinitely like it has been going. I hope they never look back & think it was a waste of time. I'm sure they both grew & learned a lot," a person wrote.
"sad, hope they find peace love (at their own pace) and happiness! can the haters give them a break, they’re real people with real feelings," a fan commented.
"I feel like I’m going through this breakup too!!! I was really rooting for them, but it really was just a matter of time. Paige was not gonna bend. All the work and the effort Craig put in, while Paige did ZERO!!! HUGE MISTAKE PAIGE! He’s a KEEPER!" a tweet read.

Fans of Southern Charm further said:

"Paige was never gonna compromise. She wants kids but is still figuring herself out like gimme a break she is full grown ass woman she knows what she wants and she should have saved Craig the time and effort he put in and let him go awhile ago," a person wrote.
"I feel bad for Craig. I like Paige but she seems kind of like “oh well…” about it. Craig was really into Paige. Just can’t seem to say that about Paige. And this is no shade, just my observations and over the years," a fan commented.

"I think we will remain friends"— Southern Charm's Paige Desorbo chimes in on her and Craig Conover's breakup
