America's Got Talent season 19 episode 7 brought back an act from season 7, The Horse. The performer and his assistants hugged each other before beginning and Heidi Klum stated they were "bro-ing it out."

The first part of his performance included ducking his head in a bucket filled with hot sauce. There was an audible gasp from the audience even before he started the act. Meanwhile, host Terry Crews was confused backstage and said:

"Hot sauce?"

One of the assistants pulled off the season 19 contestant's pants and revealed his underpants, resembling the American flag. The performer then proceeded to display acts of getting hit in the groin with several things, including gym ropes and a slingshot. Seeing the slingshot segment, Howie Mandel stood up from his chair and yelled:

"No!"

He then tased himself in the groin which earned him painful looks from the audience members. Seeing the performance, Terry Crews warned the audience:

"Do not try this at home."

The assistants brought out a vacuum cleaner and hit the America's Got Talent season 19 contestant with it in between his legs, breaking the appliance in the process. The judges and the audience screamed and Sofia Vergara also stood up from her seat and faced the other way.

She proceeded to press her buzzer, indicating that she no longer wanted the performer to continue when an assistant jumped on him with a unicycle.
