Season 5 of Love After Lockup released episode 52 on Friday, December 20, 2024. Titled Indecent Proposal, the episode saw Rob and Tia's relationship hit a rough patch after Rob revealed he would parole at another woman's house for a month after his release. However, tensions reached a boiling point when he changed his statement and said he could stay there for up to six months.

Tia became suspicious of Rob's intentions after he gave her two different time frames on two different phone calls. Although Rob told her he would have the house to himself, Tia remained unconvinced. She wondered if Rob was lying to her so he could share the house with the woman, Evelyn.

While speaking to the cameras, Rob revealed that since the house belonged to Evelyn, she could access her room as she pleased. However, she would not stay there. Despite his reassurances, Tia struggled to believe him.

Love After Lockup fans took to X to echo Tia's sentiments. They doubted Rob's motives and claimed that his living setup sounded untrustworthy.

Love After Lockup: Rob says he would never do anything to disrespect Tia

While discussing Rob's living situation with her sister, Tiffani, Tia revealed that Rob had once asked her if he could move in with her. Although she would have appreciated having him next to her, she was not ready to let someone permanently move in with her and her daughter. Consequently, the Love After Lockup star declined the proposal.

When Tiffani asked Rob to describe his living situation, he explained that his friend's girlfriend, Evelyn would be subletting her house while staying at her mother's place. Hearing this, Tia mentioned that her other sister, a tarot card reader, told her the woman would be co-living with Rob.

However, Rob assured Tia that would not be the case since the place was just his parole address, not his permanent residence. While speaking to the cameras, the Love After Lockup male cast member stated he would never do anything to disrespect Tia.

Meanwhile, Tia felt unsure about Rob's decision and wondered if he was telling the truth. Later when she discovered that he planned on staying at Evelyn's for up to six months, Tia lost calm, convinced she was being lied to.
