Teresa Giudice calls out social media toxicity surrounding RHONJ in latest Instagram post

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice addresses the intense drama that went down in RHONJ season 14 in a cryptic Instagram post she shared on Wednesday, July 24.

"I have been on 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' for the last 14 seasons and during that time I have seen and been part of my fair share of drama with my cast mates."

In the lengthy statement, the 52-year-old reality TV star spoke about the toxicity circulating the internet, calling out the "toxic people" who are spreading rumors on social media just for clicks. She further stated:

"What is happening off camera on social media, is absolutely disgusting and is fueled by toxic people who are not affiliated with the show or the cast and are only interested in promoting themselves through false narratives and lies."

She spoke about this "toxicity" because it's now affecting the cast and their family members, referencing her costars in RHONJ season 14, which include Melissa Gorga, Margaret Joseph, Dolores Catania, Rachel Fuda, and more. Teresa Giudice slammed those "toxic people" for attacking their children and going after their businesses.

What is "supposed to be entertainment," she added, was now made into "something very dark and toxic," noting that all the hate and toxicity has to end at some point. She added:

"This hate and toxicity has to stop. I am asking everyone to stop engaging in any negativity towards my cast mates and our families. Enough is enough."

Teresa Giudice signed off her statement with "Love love love," and has turned off the comments section on her post, further cutting off the hate and negativity.

Teresa Giudice and castmates just wrapped up filming for RHONJ season 14 reunion

The 14th season of the East-Coast-based hit Bravo show wrapped up on Monday, July 15, but instead of a traditional reunion, the cast members did a cast viewing to watch the finale episode on the big screen and in front of the camera.

The watch party, which was filmed at Rails Steakhouse, saw the ladies divided into two groups, according to Variety. Teresa Giudice recapped the season with Jennifer Aydin and Jackie Goldschneider.

Giudice's sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, whom she had been beefing with throughout the season, was in another room with castmates Rachel Fuda, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Fessler, and Danielle Cabral.

While the ladies are allowed to switch between the two rooms during the watch party, only Dolores Catania remains neutral and visits her castmates in both rooms.

While there was reportedly no drama during the cast viewing, the new format brought back memories of the tension and rifts between cast members.

For one, Teresa Giudice had refused to film scenes with her brother and sister-in-law Joe and Melissa Gorga, which had fans picking out which team they were on.

At one point during the season finale, the tension between Danielle Cabral and Jennifer Aydin also got physical.

The season 14 finale is set to air on August 4 on Bravo TV.
