Survivor season 47: Genevieve invites Sue and Teeny to her reward feast
When Genevieve returned to camp after Caroline's elimination, she celebrated the success of "Operation Italy" with Sam and Andy, which helped them blindside others and remain in the competition without any advantages on their side.
Teeny was upset with the outcome and felt like Sam, Genevieve, and Andy orchestrated the previous Tribal Council. At the same time, she knew Rachel would be a difficult contender to beat, so she agreed to join forces with the trio and target her. However, Sue was still not at peace with the elimination of her closest ally.
While everyone had a different game plan and goal, each wanted to win individual immunity and avoid the risk of going home. Genevieve was one such Survivor player who was determined to safeguard herself.
For the individual immunity challenge, the players had to move buoys through a series of obstacles in the water. After completing that, they had to return to the beach and finish a puzzle. The winner of the immunity challenge was guaranteed a steak dinner in addition to protection from elimination.
Sam took the early lead, leaving the other Survivor competitors behind. However, it did not take long for Genevieve and Rachel to catch up to him.
After a major turn of events, Genevieve found herself in the leader's spot, becoming the first to start solving the puzzle. Rachel followed suit and got to work on the puzzle.
After a while, Genevieve emerged victorious. Host Jeff Probst asked the Survivor castaway to pick two other players to join her for the reward treat. Sam asked Genevieve not to go for him. Consequently, she chose to share her reward with Teeny and Sue.
At the sanctuary, Teeny disclosed to Sue that Genevieve had a hidden idol, unaware it was fake, and stressed the importance of voting Rachel out. However, Sue remained unconvinced.
Survivor airs every Wednesday at 8 pm ET only on CBS.
