"The new power couple" — The Circle fans react to Darian and Jadejha's relationship

The Circle season 7 premiered with four episodes on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Netflix's popular reality game show returned with ten new contestants from different backgrounds, each trying to trick the other into believing their lies.

Players had to win challenges and avoid getting blocked to inch closer to the $100,000 grand prize. They could play as themselves or choose to hide behind someone else's identity. Confined to their apartments, the cast members were barred from meeting one another, and could only speak through the 'Circle Chat.'

While those participating as imposters formed alliances to shield themselves from incoming threats, some forged genuine connections. Darian and Jadejha, both competing as themselves, immediately connected when they saw each other's profile pictures. They liked each other's appearance and strengthened their bond in private chats.

They often referred to themselves as the "king and queen." The Circle fans took to X to cheer their budding relationship. They felt Darian and Jadejha complimented each other and could develop their spark into something deeper.

The Circle fans were glad to see the two of them connect during the initial phase of the show.

"She look fine as hell" — The Circle star Darian compliments Jadejha's appearance

Jadejha, a cybersecurity engineer, introduced herself as a woman with resilience. She revealed that she persevered through difficult times and was ready to use those skills to outlast her competitors. When Darian saw her profile picture for the first time, he said:

"Ja-damn! She look fine as hell. Oh my God. Jadejha, damn! Ooh, I love a beautiful Black woman, Circle."

Similarly, when Jadejha went over to Darian's profile, she admitted that she felt her heart "beating towards him." When the contestants were asked to rate each other in the first episode, Darian placed Jadejha as his top choice. He stated he could see a connection form, benefitting both of them in the long run.

Darian invited Jadejha to a private chat in episode 2, hoping to use his "Southern charm" to develop a connection with her. When the notification reached Jadejha, The Circle cast member said:

"In my head, we're married already."

She was ready to be pursued by him while expecting him to "say all the right things."

They talked about the recent developments in the game when Jadejha told Darian that he made her day by inviting her to a private chat.

"Well I'm glad to have made your day. If you ever need a shoulder to lean on babygirl you can lean on mine anytime," Darian's message read.

The Circle cast member agreed to be Jadejha's "knight in shining armor" and her "prince charming." In exchange, he asked her to be his "queen," to which Jadejha replied that he already was her "king." She was only waiting for him "to say the words."
