"This is art"— Big Brother season 26 fans divided by Cedric's elimination

Big Brother season 26 aired a brand new episode this week on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Although Angela was HoH this week, those at risk of elimination were not contestants she picked. Earlier this week, Quinn had revealed his Deepfake power and used it to replace Angela's nominees with his own.

Quinn nominated Tucker, Makensy, and Cedric but Tucker saved himself and was replaced by Rubina. The three nominated players competed in the AI Arena during which Makensy saved herself. The houseguests had to vote to eliminate Cedric or Rubina and with a 6-3 vote, the male cast member was evicted.

Fans of the CBS show took to social media to react to the elimination and had different views about the same. One person wrote on X:

What happened in Big Brother season 26 episode 15?

In Big Brother season 26 episode 15, Rubina, Makensy, and Cedric were at risk of going home after Quinn used his Deepfake power and replaced the original nominees that HoH Angela had picked.

The house was divided by the nominations as members of The Collective wanted Cedric to stay while Tucker rallied the troops to safe Rubina. Although Kimo and T'Kor were also a part of The Collective, they privately spoke to Tucker and Rubina about a new possible alliance called The Five Pointz with Brooklyn.

Several other conversations took place before the three nominated Big Brother season 26 contestants went to the AI Arena to compete for safety. Makensy beat Rubina in the competition by seconds and secured her position in the house.

After the competition, the houseguests gathered in the living room and Rubina and Cedric were asked to make their final pitches to the house. Cedric got emotional and said that if they didn't evict him, he could keep his and Tucker's rivalry going.

Angela and Quinn could not be a part of the elimination process and six people voted to eliminate Cedric. Tucker, Makensy, Leah, Kimo, T'Kor and Joseph voted for him while Chelsie, Brooklyn, and Cam voted to evict Rubina.
